MENU PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE our
Additional Services Fee. The Fee is based upon your requirements. It
is expressed as our staffing & services quotation to you. The staffing/services quotation
takes into consideration how much time is required, and how many staff
are required to perform any or all of, but not limited to, the services
listed below and or any other services required by you. Applicable travel
charges, gratuities and taxes are extra.
A firm written price for staffing will not be finalized until
we have visited your site to perform an on site inspection and fully
understand exactly what you wish us to do. A verbally quoted estimate
only will be provided, contingent on a site inspection.
A $500.00 deposit on account must be received by us at least two weeks prior to performing a site inspection.
This deposit consists of a $350.00 event date reservation fee (reserving your requested event date) and a $150.00 site inspection fee.
The $350.00 event date reservation fee will appear on your account statement as a credit if we cater your event. The $350.00 is non-refundable if we do not cater your event.

- Menu tastings
- On site inspections
- Creating a rental items requirement list
- Creating a seating plan
- Creating a time line (event schedule)
- On site staffing requirements
- Bar setup
- Creating a Bar Supplies & Beverage Requirements
List
- Staff travel time to and from your event
- Early set up of buffet prior to guest arrival
- Special set
up (day before location logistics)
- Serving appetizers or hors d’oeuvres
and/or desserts (wedding cake)
- Setting up of tables, chairs, linens
- Setting tables
with cutlery, stemware, napkins, centerpieces, salt & peppers
- Filling
water pitchers and/or goblets
- Corking of wine bottles and placement
on tables prior to meal
- Moving chairs back into tent after ceremony
- Clearing
of used glassware after hors d’oeuvre service (prior
to meal)
- After meal clearing of tables, scraping and rinsing
of dishes, cutlery, glassware, and packing of same
- Extended breakdown
time due to speeches
- Requested time periods for clearing tables
- Removal
of excess trash other than from the meal (empty wine bottles)
- Any
other assistance required by the customer
