Menu prices do not include our service support fee.
The support fee is based on the services you choose for your event.
The following is a list of services included in, but not limited to, our support fee.
- Menu samplings
- On site visits and consultations
- Creating a rental requirements list if the client expedites their own service
- Creating a seating plan
- Creating a time line ( event schedule )
- Any on site staffing time over and above the 3 hours included in each menu
- Staff travel time to and from your event
- Creating a bar requirements list if the client is providing their own service
- Bar set up, service and breakdown
- Special set up of equipment ( prior to event day )
- Early set up of buffet prior to guests arrival
- Serving any food which has not been prepared by us ( wedding cake etc.)
- Set up of tables, linens and chairs
- Setting tables with dinnerware
- Filling water pitchers or goblets
- Corking of wine bottles and placement on tables prior to mealtime
- Moving chairs prior to or after a ceremony
- Clearing and collection of used tableware after hors d’oeuvre service
- After meal clearing, collection, processing and packing of dinnerware and moving or removal of trash such as empty wine bottles etc.
Please note that we follow a predetermined timeline / schedule for each event. Any delays (ceremonies, photography, speeches, etc) resulting in us having to extend set up, service and / or breakdown times will be invoiced accordingly at our current staffing rates.
The support fee will be calculated after your event requirements have been determined and we have had an opportunity to perform an on site inspection of your venue.
The fee is not a gratuity. It is payment for the services we provide.

- A $ 500.00 event reservation booking deposit on account must be received by us at least 14 days prior to a site inspection being performed.
- On the date of site inspection, we require a deposit in the form of a currently dated cheque representing 50% of the outstanding balance.
- On the date of site inspection we also require a deposit in the form of a post dated cheque representing the balance of account. The cheque is to be post dated no less than 30 days prior to your event.

We must be notified of your cancellation in writing or by email in order for
you to receive any refund.
- If you cancel up to 60 days prior to your event you will be refunded any deposits on account less a $300 administration fee.
- If you cancel within 45 days of your event, you will receive a refund of one half of any deposits on account.
We will keep the remaining one half for out of pocket expenses, purchases, staffing and administrative costs associated with your event. - If you cancel within 30 days of your event, there will be no refund forthcoming.
