We bring our mobile charcoal oven barbeque to your home, cottage, office or special event. Your guests will go hog wild for authentic charcoal pit roasted Whole Pig. It’s cooked to golden crisp, crackling perfection on the outside, remaining tender and moist within. The pig is presented with a decorative display of fresh fruit consisting of golden pineapple chunks skewered with colorful maraschino cherries. Red & green seedless grape bunches and sliced oranges complement this colourful presentation.
The roasted pork is also served with a honey-garlic drizzling sauce. - Barbeque Glazed Pork Loin Buffet (minimum of 70 adults)
Honey–Garlic Barbeque Glazed, Centre Cut Pork Loins are beautifully caramelized and hand carved into thin, juicy, warm slices served with home style apple sauce. - Southern Pulled Pork Buffet (minimum of 55 adults)
This buffet features succulent, tender, perfectly Hickory Smoked pulled pork piled high on Cornmeal dusted soft Crostini rolls.
Optional toppings of our homemade slightly sweet & tangy barbeque sauce and creamy coleslaw are available for guests wishing to top their sandwiches South Carolina Style. - Texas Style Barbeque Beef Brisket Buffet (minimum 55 adults)
Attention Brisket lovers! This buffet features melt in your mouth tender Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket chopped into bite size morsels and served on cornmeal dusted soft Crostini rolls.
Optional toppings of caramelized grilled onions and our homemade slightly sweet & tangy barbeque sauce are available for guests who want to enjoy authentic Texas Style sandwiches.

- Freshly brewed coffee, paper hot cups, milk & cream, sugar & sweetener
- Heavy Duty paper dinner plates, napkins and sturdy plastic dinnerware
- 1 hour of buffet set up prior to mealtime
- 1 hour of serviced buffet
- 1 hour of buffet cleanup (disposable dinnerware only)
- A 15% gratuity and applicable taxes are added to all menu prices

- Price is based on a minimum of 70 adults served the above menu buffet style.
- Menu substitutions are allowed, prices will increase accordingly.
- Children under 10 years of age are ½ the adult price.
- We will cater to groups of less than 70 adults. The minimum for 70 still applies.
