First impressions are important! Whether you are hosting a Cocktail or a Pre-Dinner Reception, build the expectations of your guests with artfully presented, delicious hors d'oeuvres.
Our original selections will ensure that appetites are sustained through to dinner, and help set the tone for a meal your guests will remember.

Baby Bruschetta
Our own blend of freshly diced Roma Tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, Garlic, Spices and 100% Real, grated Parmesan Cheese.  We age this zesty mixture for maximum flavour and place it on toasted garlic baguette rounds, then broil until sizzling hot and serve warm.
Zesty Italian 2-Cheese Meatballs
We place our Parmesan and Romano Cheese meatballs on a bamboo skewer and serve them hot with a warm roasted garlic and tomato dipping sauce.
Broiled Asparagus Roll-Ups
Fingers of soft white bread, spread with homemade egg salad and rolled around a grilled asparagus spear.  We brush them with melted butter and broil until golden brown.
Southern Fried Sesame Chicken Tenders
Solid white meat chicken tenders, crumb coated and deep fried to a golden crisp colour. Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and served warm with a tangy plum dipping sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Parmesan Stuffed Dates
Premium salty smoked bacon is wrapped around a naturally sweet pitted date which has been stuffed with sharp aged Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, then broiled until the bacon crisps and the cheese melts, creating a burst of contrasting & complimenting flavours.
Cranberry Mandarin Chicken Crepes
These delicious rolled-up crepes are our best selling hors d'oeuvre. They're filled with a finely diced roasted chicken and caramelized onion mixture.  The soft crepe is then sautéed until golden brown and served with a Cranberry-Mandarin spooning sauce.
Broiled Crab and Parmesan Roll-Ups
Chunky and Shredded White Crab Meat is combined with Mayo and a hint of zesty Horseradish then rolled into elegant crust removed fingers of soft white bread. We brush them with melted butter and broil until golden brown.

JUMBO Tiger Shrimp Shooter Cocktails (minimum 5 dozen required)
Tail-on, peeled and de veined Cold Water JUMBO Tiger Shrimp are steamed, chilled and elegantly curled into a shooter glass filled with a nippy horseradish seafood dipping sauce. Each is garnished with a wedge of fresh lemon and presented Tail up for easy Dipping.

Imported and Domestic Cheese Platter (minimum 50 persons)
A selection of fine cheeses and cheese spreads garnished with red and green grapes and an assortment of biscuits, crackers and crostini.

BUILD YOUR OWN BUFFET - Sampler

Our Buffet Packages are based on a minimum of 70 Adults.  Additionally, Children under 3 years of age are free, children 3 to 8 are half price. Your buffet package can be delivered to your site ready for you to heat, serve and eat.  Delivery charges and applicable taxes are extra.

Staffing:
Our staff is available to prepare, roast, carve and serve your entire buffet package at your site.  The posted menu prices are for food only and do not include staffing or any other additional services.  The delivery charge is waived when we supply staff. Applicable travel charges, gratuities and taxes are extra. (please see services page, additional services fee) Call for staffing details and pricing.

Enhance Your Meal with Our Superb Gourmet R&R Salad
This extra delicious gourmet green salad is made with crisp Romaine & Radicchio lettuces, crumbled Feta cheese, roasted crushed hazel nuts and double baked seasoned croutons, all tossed in our homemade Balsamic-Dijon vinaigrette. The combination of different tastes and textures together with our slightly sweet n tart dressing makes this salad a real taste sensation and our most popular seller. Beautifully presented in a large bright white ceramic tureen centerpiece.
Classic Creamy Caesar Salad
We use fresh Romaine lettuce, double baked garlic seasoned croutons, grated 100% real. Parmesan cheese, smoked bacon bits and our own delicate creamy Caesar dressing all blended in the correct amounts to accent (not overpower) the fresh Romaine.
Classic Herbed Greek Salad
We create this savoury salad with chilled chopped Iceberg lettuce, vine ripened tomato wedges, green bell peppers, seedless cucumber strips, finely diced crisp celery, chopped black Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese, all tossed in our own Greek olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing with dry rubbed oregano and freshly ground black pepper.

Mini Pastry Assortment
A selection of assorted squares and bars including Nanaimo Bars, Butter Tart Bars, Carrot Cake Squares and Double Chocolate Brownie Squares each attractively presented in its own frilled paper holder. This dessert is included with buffet packages. Additional dessert choices can be added @ $ 6.50 per person.
White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte
Fresh vanilla flavoured cream and a delicate line of sweet raspberry truffle filling surrounded by moist vanilla sponge cake topped with shaved white chocolate.
Blueberry Yogurt Torte
A light and fluffy blueberry cream-yogurt filling with real wild blueberries sandwiched between moist vanilla sponge cake layers, topped with a mirror glaze, chocolate swirls and creamy rosettes.
New York Cheesecake
Our popular New York Cheesecake recipe topped with delicious blueberry or cherry preserves.
Triple Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte
Our special chocolate truffle filling placed between 2 moist chocolate sponge layers and covered with a scratch made raspberry topping. This chocoholic dream is decorated with chocolate mousse rosettes and white chocolate shavings.
Wild Berry Torte
A fruit topped fresh tasting delight. A light vanilla cream surrounded by moist chocolate and vanilla sponge layers, topped with our special berry mixture and glazed with apricot jelly.
Melon Boat Fruit Extravaganza
Brighten your table with a beautifully carved watermelon filled to beyond the brim. A wall of vertical strawberries artfully skewered around the melon rim holds back a bursting assortment of juicy fresh fruit. Decorated all around with maraschino cherries, choice strawberries and seedless grapes.
