• Baby Bruschetta
  Our own blend of freshly diced Roma Tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, Garlic, Spices and 100% Real, grated Parmesan Cheese. We age this zesty mixture for maximum flavour and place it on toasted garlic baguette rounds, then broil until sizzling hot and serve them warm. $ 20.00 / dozen** Requires an on site broiler
• Zesty Italian 2-Cheese Meatballs
  We place our Parmesan and Romano Cheese meatballs on a bamboo skewer and serve them hot with a warm roasted garlic and tomato dipping sauce. $ 22.00 / dozen 
• Broiled Asparagus Roll-Ups
  Fingers of soft white bread, spread with homemade egg salad and rolled around a grilled asparagus spear. We brush them with melted butter and broil until golden brown. $ 24.00 / dozen** Requires an on site broiler
• Bacon Wrapped Parmesan Stuffed Dates
  Premium salty smoked bacon is wrapped around a naturally sweet pitted date which has been stuffed with sharp aged Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, then broiled until the bacon crisps and the cheese melts, creating a burst of contrasting & complimenting flavours. $ 26.00 / dozen** Requires an on site broiler
• Southern Fried Sesame Chicken Tenders
  Solid white meat chicken tenders, crumb coated and deep fried to a golden crisp colour. Sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and served warm with a tangy plum dipping sauce. $ 28.00 / dozen** Requires an on site broiler
• Cranberry Mandarin Chicken Crepes
  These delicious rolled-up crepes are our best selling hors d'oeuvre. They're filled with a finely diced roasted chicken and caramelized onion mixture. The soft crepe is then sautéed until golden brown and served with a Cranberry-Mandarin spooning sauce. $ 30.00 / dozen

We feature 2 top quality cuts of beef which our Chefs roast at your event site in our specialized Charcoal Oven Barbeque. Just as with our signature Smoked Meat Pastrami, we rub a secret artisanal blend of spices onto the beef.

The high cooking temperature of our charcoal oven caramelizes the spiced outside of the beef, creating a beautifully seared and flavourful crust. The inside of the roast remains pink and succulent.  You can choose from full flavoured Choice Top Sirloin of Beef,  or rich, tender Prime Rib of Beef. Either of these outstanding roasts will more than satisfy your beef cravings when you finally taste those warm juicy slices. Enjoy!

• Enhance Your Meal with Our Superb Gourmet R&R Salad
  This extra delicious gourmet green salad is made with crisp Romaine & Radicchio lettuces, crumbled Feta cheese, roasted crushed hazel nuts and double baked seasoned croutons, all tossed in our homemade Balsamic-Dijon vinaigrette. The combination of different tastes and textures together with our slightly sweet n tart dressing makes this salad a real taste sensation and our most popular seller. Beautifully presented in a large bright white ceramic tureen centerpiece.
• Classic Creamy Caesar Salad
  We use fresh Romaine lettuce, double baked garlic seasoned croutons, grated 100% real. Parmesan cheese, smoked bacon bits and our own delicate creamy Caesar dressing all blended in the correct amounts to accent (not overpower) the fresh Romaine.
• Classic Herbed Greek Salad
  We create this savoury salad with chilled chopped Iceberg lettuce, vine ripened tomato wedges, green bell peppers, seedless cucumber strips, finely diced crisp celery, chopped black Kalamata olives and crumbled feta cheese, all tossed in our own Greek olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing with dry rubbed oregano and freshly ground black pepper.

• Garlic & herb pan roasted small potatoes
• Wild and long grain baked rice pilaf with sautéed root vegetables
• Baby cut carrots in a maple lemon glaze
• Roasted whole kernel corn niblets with sweet red peppers

• 1 hour of buffet set up prior to mealtime

• 1 hour of buffet cleanup (disposable tableware only)

  Enjoy it as is, creamy smooth & sweet au naturel, or topped with blueberry, cherry or apple compote. $ 7.00 / sl.16 slices / cake. Full cakes only may be ordered.
• Melon Boat Fruit Extravaganza
  A beautifully carved and decorated watermelon filled to bursting and continually refilled with fresh seasonal fruits featuring sweet ripe cantaloupe, honeydew, watermelon, red & green grapes, strawberries and blueberries. $ 8.00 / pp(seasonal)

• A 15% gratuity and applicable taxes are added to all menu prices.

• Price is based on a minimum of 70 adults served the above menu buffet style.
• Menu substitutions are allowed, prices will increase accordingly.
• Children under 10 years of age are ½  the adult price.
• We will cater to groups of less than 70 adults. The minimum for 70 still applies.
